Uses

This machine also known as a materials testing machine , is applicable to testing tensile stress, compressive stress, shearing force, peeling force, and elongation of materials, components, and finished product for metal, plastic, rubber, textile, synthetic chemicals, wire and cable, leather, etc.


Function:

Microcomputer Controlled Universal Hydraulic Tester is for the stretching, compressing, cutting tests of metal, non-metal and composite materials (rubber, plastic, woven, steel materials, ceramics, etc.) It meets with the requirements of GB/T228-2002, Tensile Testing Method of Metal Materials at Room Temperature. It is widely used in aerospace industry, petrochemical industry, mining establishments, metallurgical enterprises, quality units, research institutes, college labs, etc.


Features:

This series of PC-display hydraulic universal testing machine controls hydraulic valve by hand to drive precise hydraulic cylinder.

The whole test is accomplished by using keyboard and mouse.

Automatically controlling test, collect data, processing data, draw and print test report and seven types of curls, part of which can be magnified.


Auto zero set, auto calibration, continuous measurement without split speed.

Proper functions of self-check and self-diagnostics.

Various protecting functions, such as over load protection (2%~5%), hydraulic system of over pressure protection, speed control.

Stepless speed control, and easy switchover between various control modes

Data can be saved and curve can be magnified. Various curves can showed during the test for better observation.

Realization of the procedure to run automatically by setting test parameter.

Tests of various low-cycle waves, such as triangular wave, sine wave, square wave, can be carried out according to the users settings.

Test and processing of a set of specimens and data

Hydraulic clamps are controlled by key press to be more reliable.
